SMS messaging program
Program: Shepherd Tech Solutions sends account, service, scheduling, and support messages to customers who opt in.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per month, and messages may be sent in response to your own requests.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Shepherd Tech Solutions does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.

How you opt in
You consent to receive text messages from Shepherd Tech Solutions when you provide your mobile number and check the messaging consent box on one of our forms, submit a written service request that includes messaging consent, or text us first at our business number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.

- Appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling changes.

How you opt out

Carriers and delivery
